This session is available for skaters of all levels to practice independently or receive private lessons.
Hockey players and beginner skaters must be in a private lesson to participate, unless otherwise specified.
All skaters must hold a valid Skate Canada Membership for the 2025/2026 season. If you do not already have one through the Barrie Skating Club, Mariposa School of Skating, or your home club, memberships can be purchased here: Skate Canada Membership 2025/2026.
Please check with your base coach at your home club before booking lessons with any other coach.
Mariposa has coaches available in all disciplines for open ice. With your base coach’s permission, you may contact them directly for schedules and billing. View our coaches here: Mariposa Coaches.
Passes accepted: Tickets, 10 Pack, Daily or Weekly Membership, Bronze Membership, Silver Membership and Gold Membership.
